Our Commitment to Child Safety
Utopia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

Any such content is immediately removed, and appropriate actions are taken, including reporting to law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Age Requirement
Utopia is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will deactivate their account and delete their data.
Content Moderation
We employ both automated systems and manual review processes to monitor user-generated content for signs of CSAE. Our moderation practices include:
- Automated detection systems to identify potentially harmful content
- Manual review of flagged content by trained moderators
